At the time of purchase, I was under the impression that this item was coming from New York, so within the United States. As it turns out, the product ended up having to come from the United Kingdom, which incurred tariff fees-which I was not aware of at the time nor was this stated anywhere as being a potential possibility in regards to stock of where this item was coming from. In regards to delivery of the item, the delivery service made three attempts and due to where I was working at the time did not leave the product at my residence as they normally would due to the requirement of POD of this tariff fee which was not mentioned as I said earlier. So I’ve had to urgently get hold of the delivery company and try and resolve the issue before the item got sent back to where it came from originally which was not only time consuming but extremely frustrating not to mention annoying as I waited a number of days almost 2 weeks for it to originally arrive. So in the name of transparency, it should have been mentioned if there was any likelihood that this item is out of stock at the time of being ordered, which did not appear to be the case at the time I ordered it or was it mentioned that this was the case, then at least there won’t be any rude surprises or shocks at the final stage of the delivery process. So hopefully I’ve been able to contact the delivery company in time and successfully intercepted it to get it rerouted back to me before it gets sent back and then I have to go through the entire process all over again. So whilst I understand things like this may happen from time to time, knowing or being given a heads up that there may be some sort of tariff involved due to where the item got sent from would’ve been appreciated. So I hope the quality of this product is as advertised and what I’ve paid for.
